Are your dresses made to order?

Yes. The majority of our pieces are made to order, meaning production begins once your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship and is better for the environment.

Some styles and sizes may be available as part of a limited ready-to-ship release, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

What are your production time frames?

Production times vary by style and size and are listed on each product page.

As a general guide:

• Made-to-order pieces: 3–5 weeks

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days

Please note that production time does not include shipping.

What sizes do you offer?

Our designs are available in standard sizes ranging from S–3XL, depending on the style.

Some plus-sizes (1XL–3XL) are produced individually to order to ensure the same level of structure, fit, and finish across all sizes.

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product page includes a detailed measurement chart to help you select the best fit.

Our garments are produced in standard sizes and are not made to individual measurements. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure between sizes, please contact us prior to ordering.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As our garments are made per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or event cancellations.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist in line with your statutory rights.

Are embellished dresses delicate?

Many MTB Collections designs feature hand-applied embellishments such as rhinestones, sequins, or beads.

Due to the nature of these garments:

• The occasional loss of a small number of embellishments is normal

• This does not affect the overall appearance or wearability of the dress

• Our designs are intentionally densely embellished

Minor embellishment loss is not considered a fault.

How should I care for my dress?

Our garments are delicate and require specialist care.

We recommend:

• Dry clean only

• Do not machine wash, hand wash, or tumble dry

• Avoid hanging heavy embellished garments; fold carefully with tissue paper between layers

Which destinations is MTB Collections available for?

We ship to both the Europe and United States.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees (US orders)?

Orders shipped outside the UK, including to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Once production has begun, orders cannot be amended or cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
