Refund policy

At MTB Collections, each piece is produced with intention, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Our collections include both limited ready-to-ship styles and made-to-order garments, and our returns policy reflects the nature of each.

Made-to-Order Items

The majority of MTB Collections garments are made to order, meaning production begins only once an order is confirmed.

In line with UK consumer law, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for made-to-order pieces unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Selected styles are available as part of a limited ready-to-ship release in standard sizes.

Ready-to-ship items are also considered final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, event cancellations, or incorrect size selection.

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    •    Change of mind or personal preference
    •    Event cancellations
    •    Incorrect size selection

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product information, size charts, and production timelines carefully before placing an order.

Sizing & Fit

Our garments are produced in standard sizes ranging from S–3XL and are not made to individual measurements.
    •    A detailed size guide is provided on each product page
    •    Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size
    •    Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing or fit issues

If you are unsure between sizes, we recommend contacting us prior to ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mtbcollections.com, including:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photographic evidence

Once reviewed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Embellished Garments

Many MTB Collections designs feature hand-applied embellishments.

Please note:
    •    The occasional loss of a small number of stones or beads is considered normal
    •    Due to the dense placement of embellishments, minor loss does not affect the overall appearance of the garment
    •    Minor embellishment loss is not considered a fault

Any significant damage present upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Colour & Finish Variations

We make every effort to display our garments accurately. Please be aware that slight variations in colour, fabric, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or small-batch production. These variations are not considered faults.

Alterations

MTB Collections does not offer complimentary alterations. Any alteration requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved:
    •    Instructions will be provided by our team
    •    Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition
    •    Unauthorised or worn returns will not be accepted
