At MTB Collections, each garment is thoughtfully crafted made to order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Please review our shipping information below.

Production & Processing

Garments are both Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Wear, specific production time frames differ per garment and size and this information can be found on each specific garment page. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: dispatched within 1–3 business days (UK) and 3-5              business days (US)

  • Production times for sizes 1XL-3XL typically range from 3–5 weeks

  • Production time excludes shipping

  • Delays during peak periods may occur and will be communicated where necessary

  • We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Canada & United States

  • Couriers & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched using trusted courier services including DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri.

  • Royal Mail / Evri: 2–4 working days

  • DPD Express: 1–2 working days

  • United States

  • Evri (tracked, where applicable): 5-9 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside the UK, including the United States, may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. MTB Collections does not cover or reimburse import fees. 

    International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by their country’s customs authority.

    If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to MTB Collections, the original shipping costs and any costs incurred as a result of the returned parcel will not be refunded.

    As our garments are individually handmade and many are made to order, any refund for returned parcels due to unpaid customs charges will be assessed in accordance with our Returns Policy. Where applicable, administrative, shipping and packaging costs may be deducted from any refund.

     

  • Delays, Lost Parcels & Address Accuracy

  • MTB Collections is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@mtbcollections.com, and we will assist where possible.
