2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with MTB Collections LTD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Made-Per-Order Policy

All garments are produced made per order and are not held as ready-made stock. Production begins once payment is confirmed. As each piece is created specifically for your order, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed once production has commenced.

4. Sizing & Fit

Our garments are produced in standard sizes (S–3XL) and are not made to individual measurements. A detailed size guide is provided on each product page, and customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size. Fit preferences may vary, and minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of production. We recommend contacting us prior to ordering if you are unsure between sizes.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at checkout and is securely processed via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Production Timeframes

Standard production timeframes are displayed on each product page and begin once payment is confirmed. Production times exclude shipping and may vary during peak periods. Any unexpected delays will be communicated clearly.

7. Delivery

We ship to United Kingdom & United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and MTB Collections LTD is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As all garments are made per order, we operate a limited returns policy. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection or change of mind, as made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the provided size guide.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

9. Embellished Garments

Many MTB Collections designs feature hand-applied embellishments. Due to the intricate nature of these details, the occasional loss of a small number of embellishments is considered normal and does not affect the overall appearance or wearability of the garment. Minor embellishment loss is not considered a fault. Any significant damage upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours.

10. Alterations

MTB Collections does not offer complimentary alterations. Any alteration requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges. Alterations are not guaranteed.

11. Colour, Fabric & Finish

We take care to represent our garments accurately; however, slight variations in colour, fabric, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and small-batch, hand-finished production. These variations are not considered faults.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, imagery, logos, and copy, is the intellectual property of MTB Collections LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTB Collections LTD is not liable for losses arising from incorrect size selection, normal embellishment wear, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, strikes, natural events, or global disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
